Adobe Primetime DRM

Adobe Primetime is a multiscreen over-the-top (OTT) platform for live, linear, and VOD programming. Its modular distribution, personalization, and monetization capabilities include TVSDK for multiscreen playback, digital rights management (DRM) and authentication. Adobe Primetime DRM protects content and enables a broad range of business models with a client device footprint that covers desktops (Windows, Mac), iOS, Android, Roku, Xbox, and embedded device platforms. 

Adobe Primetime DRM, Powered by ExpressPlay

As announced in April 2016, Intertrust’s multi-DRM service was extended to support Adobe Primetime DRM, with Intertrust operating the DRM service on behalf of Adobe since that time.

Content owners, OTT video operators, and other digital media providers can utilize Intertrust’s cloud-based ExpressPlay multi-DRM service that enables a seamless playback of Adobe Primetime protected content on all devices supported by that DRM system.
