There are five steps in the process, and each step has its own tutorial.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"mt-12 mb-12\">\n<p>STEP 1 &#8211; Creating an Account<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>To create a new account navigate to the <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.expressplay.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">ExpressPlay Portal<\/a> site and click the <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.expressplay.com\/signup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Sign Up link<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Fill out the required fields (marked with *) and click the <strong>SignUp<\/strong> button. In a minute or so an email is sent to the provided address containing a link to verify your email address. Click the verification link and accept the terms of service to activate your ExpressPlay trial account.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"mydrop\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/ep-signup.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"mt-12 mb-12\">\n<p>STEP 2 &#8211; Hooking Up to Your Store Front<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>To hook up your store front you will need an API Key\/Customer Authenticator, <a href=\"\/ko\/developer\/customer-authenticator\/\">click here<\/a> for instructions on how to obtain one.<\/p>\n<p>Next follow the <a href=\"\/ko\/developers\/tutorial-storefront-hookup\/\">Storefront Hookup Tutorial<\/a> to learn how to integrate your store front with the ExpressPlay service.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"mydrop\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/api-keys-tab.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"mt-12 mb-12\">\n<p>STEP 3 &#8211; Downloading the Packaging Tools<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">You can download the ExpressPlay Packaging Tools from the <\/span><a href=\"\/ko\/developer\/packager-guide\/\">ExpressPlay Packaging Guide<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">. After you have downloaded the tools you need for your desired media format, go to either the <\/span><a href=\"\/ko\/developer\/tutorial-dash-packager\/\">DASH tutorial<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> or the <\/span><a href=\"\/ko\/developer\/tutorial-hls-packager\/\">HLS tutorial<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> to encrypt a content file for working with the SDK tutorial.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"mt-12 mb-12\">\n<p>STEP 4 &#8211; Download the SDK and Build an App<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"font-size: 15px;\">On the ExpressPlay Admin site select the <strong>SDK<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> tab in the sidebar. The SDK section enables you to download the appropriate test or production SDK package for your application.
